4. Limitations: The satisfaction guarantee is intended for genuine cases of dissatisfaction. Abuse of this policy, including repeated requests for refunds within the final days of a service cycle, may result in the forfeiture of this guarantee for subsequent services.

5. One-Time Use: The satisfaction guarantee is a one-time offer per customer and is applicable only to the initial billing cycle of a subscribed service. Subsequent subscriptions, renewals, or extensions are not eligible for this guarantee.
