We proudly offer a one-time Satisfaction Guarantee for all new customers during their first billing cycle, designed to give you a risk-free opportunity to try our services.

1. Eligibility: This guarantee applies to any service during its initial billing cycle, enabling new customers to request a refund with no detailed explanation required.

2. Request Process: To request a refund under this satisfaction guarantee, simply reach out to our support team at support@FridayNightServers.com within your first billing cycle. While feedback is appreciated, no detailed explanation is required to qualify for this guarantee.

3. One-Time Use: This satisfaction guarantee can be used only once per customer for any service during the initial billing cycle. Future subscriptions, renewals, or extensions are not covered under this guarantee.

4. Refund Processing: Refunds under the Initial-Billing Cycle Satisfaction Guarantee will be processed within seven (7) business days, returned to the original payment method.
